House Rules:

• High volume music is not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood
• Parties are not allowed
• You can bring your pet, as long as you comply with our rules and take responsibility for its waste and behavior
• Upon arrival, a refundable deposit (or an open voucher) will be requested, after checking that everything is in order
• To ensure your safety, our Reception staff will be present during the day and our night staff will make occasional rounds at night

• Published rates are from Monday to Wednesday; weekends and holidays rate may vary
• Rates not valid on February, November and December
• Rates includes breakfast for guests (maximum 20 people)
